Products such as baking powder should be avoided since they dehydrate the heel skin. Regular drinking of water is a trick that can be used to achieve supple and soft skin. Drinking at least eight glasses of water per day is advisable. Eating a balanced diet is another method of dehydrating the body. This is achievable, when fruits and vegetables are included in the dieting program. It is recommendable to avoid consumption of caffeinated drinks, alcohol, and tea. It is possible to design a homemade treatment product. Avocado and banana are suitable products in the manufacture of foot mask. Unlike body skins, the feet lack oil glands, and rely on artificial sources.
