With this, it is way much easier for them to be creative towards their work, thus giving you greater work outcomes in the end of the day. Also, they will no longer be dependent on the boss who they need to report to in their duties.

If you see some individuals who are really great in doing their job, then reward these people by giving a leadership role. This shows that you give great rewards to those who really achieve to become someone which could effectively uplift the others. You also encourage the others to improve what they are doing to receive rewards like this.

Remember, your employees are the people who help you in running your business. The success that your company received is an additional factor of their hard works and great efforts. Thus, a note will really suffice and encourage them to do great things.
